Gerard Bulter is acting as Milo Boyd who is a down-on-his-luck bounty hunter. He gets his dream job when he is assigned to track down his bail jumping ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston who will be acting as a reporter named Nicole Hurly.
Milo thinks it is an easy payday, but when Hurly gives him the slip so that she can chase a lead on a murder cover-up. Milo Boyd realizes that nothing ever goes simply with himself and Hurly. The exes continually one up each other, until they end up with themselves on the run for their own lives. They had thought that their promise to love, honor and obeying was tough but now they come to know that staying alive is going to be a whole lot tougher.
